Car won't start and I'm at my wit's end

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Originally my car threw a p 102 code for the master
air flow sensor.. Since that code I have changed
the mass airflow sensor the starter the air idle
control sensor and the throttle body sensor... The
car purrs like a kitten when it's on then I turn it off
and it will not turn on it is not the security system I
am not getting any flashing lights and at this point
I simply have no clue and need help.. Any ideas?
