Question type: Maintenance & Repair

O2 grand am 4cyl not getting
fuel..her a relay kick on as well as
something powering up by fuel
pump. Took ac fuse out and now i
hear a relay but not power by fuel
pump..could i be hearing the ac
compressor and relay? If so can i
switch out the relays to see if it is
a bad fuel pump relay?

What I meant to say is I thought I was hearing the fuel pump and relay but is it possible that I was actually hearing AC relay and compressor powering up? I pulled the AC fuse because many people with the same issue found that the wiring harness for the fuel pump is shared by ac compressor and their fuse was being blown out.
