Car keeps running hot, how do I
find the problem, is it my heads

I would do the following, flush the entire cooling system and flush it at least two times with a good flushing product. I would change the cap and thermostat. give the radiator face a good cleaning and make sure they are clean. Make sure you bleed the system of air and refill with a 50/50 mixture. Start the car and bring it up to temp and make sure the cooling fans are coming on at temp.

Have replaced the water pump and flushed out as also had thermostat replaced
