Couple of areas to check.. first did you replace the bulbs with the correct "2 lead" type bulbs.. meaning that in most cases a bulb has 2 leads (4 leads total) that allows for circuit connection between the daytime running/parking lamps and the brake lamps.. Next, did you tow anything recently?.. adding a secondary tow light back up system to your brake light circuit can alter the circuits original path.
