Lately I've had to add coolant to my 2001 Pontiac grand am about every 2 weeks especially if I use air conditioner or heater. Is there a leak somewhere

Do you have white smoke from the tail pipe? ??? If so you might need a new head gasket

Should go to a shop and have them pressurize the cooling system and checked for leaks.
