Where is the fuse for speedometer and gas gauge located?

Check your owner's manual to tell you which fuse it is. Look for "guages" in the descriptors. As for where it is, it is in a fuse panel that typically is on the underside of the dash on the drivers side (but I do not know your cars layout so look around for it under there - it should be obvious and usually behind a flat panel.)
