Car runs rough

My 97 Pontiac grand am 2.4 liter is running
rough I replaced the plugs,my rear o2 sensor
and one coil pack had it hooked up to
computer and I have cylinders 3,and 4
missing what can I do to get this problem
fixed tired of spending money and not
getting it taken care of.

it only has one coil pack ? what about the plug wires ? what did the plugs look like when you replaced them , did you gap them or put them in right out of the package ? crappy gas ? did someone tamper with the gas ? look at the bottom of the oil fill cap and tell us what you see.
