Hate to say this but you might have severely over heated that engine. When it cools down check coolant level and then wiggle battery cables again and see if she will turn over and start. If she does turn her off and start trouble shooting why she is overheating. But if I had to guess you probably at least have a blown head gasket if not a blown motor cause of running it so hot.
If it does not even crank over, it may be hydro-locked. Pull all spark plugs the see if it turns over then, and have a helper watch closely and see if coolant shoots out a cylinder. If that happens, time to pull heads off and do a head gasket job. If it does crank over now..forget this and go with dandyouns advice
It wouldnt start wiggled the battery cables it started drove it killed it now it wont start even jumping it the temp had got to 280
