No spark on cly. 3&6

We just bought a 2002 montero sport.
And come to find out cylinders 3 and 6 aren't
getting any power through coil?
Can unplug it from from power source it
runs same? Bought used coil same thing
happens? What should try next?

Either the the coils are bad, or there is a bad connection to the coil, broken wires, bad plugins, and also should check the cylinder compression, it may be low. Take the coils to a auto parts store and have them tested to see if their any good.

Had the same problem and so have many others from forums I’ve read. Replace the ignition control module. It will fix your problem
