I have a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse spider I
can't get to pass emissions due to the
computer not setting to ready I have driven
the car multiple times and done the drive
cycles required and I still have two spots
on the computer that will not set to ready
for emissions how to fix? Do I buy a new
computer?

I have done that the there is still two monitors that will not set to ready
