no power

Asked by jehovah63 Nov 11, 2019 at 04:06 PM about the 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS Spyder

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I woke up and car had no power what so ever. Battery is good. All of the small
pull out fuses under dash and hood good. Clean connections on the battery.
Will not jump or roll start. Its a 5 speed. Worked great yesterday.

Start troubleshooting by checking battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4. If not power, replace battery. If power ok at battery, check main fuse at the fuse box. If fuses are ok, check the battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight at the battery and on the starter. Do not assume everything is ok, if it was, you wouldn't be having this issue.
