Sounds like your factory alarm switch in the door is going bad.

The alarm sets when all doors are locked and closed. If you unhook the switch in the drivers door that tells the alarm the door is locked it will never set because it always thinks the door is unlocked. At least this worked on one of mine. Door will still lock and operated as normal. Sometimes just a little wd 40 in the switch gets them to working again too.
