Will an 03 eclipse gt v6 transmission fit my 01 eclipse gt spyder v6?

Can't see where this would be a problem....2001 and 2003 have the same V6 engine, should be same tranny set up....I'm thinking a more or less direct swap. I don't think that fact that your taking it from a coupe and putting it into a convertible makes a difference. Definitely ask the Mitsu Service Dept about this though.
