My car wont turn over when key is turned. Ive pulled the starter, had it tested, trsted fine. Had battery tested also fine. Everything else works just wont turnover. Any body know what the prob is?

Check for a fuse for the starter. Could be located in a fuse block under the hood. Usually a bigger sized 30 amp or so.
