2006 Grand Marquis turn signals

Front and rear turn signals blinking rapidly. ALL
bulbs are working both sides front and rear.
Including head lights, high and low, turn signals,
turn lamps, markers, rear marker lights, tail lights
and brake lights. Just curious what might be wrong
due to the left front and rear blinking rapidly?

There is a relay for the turn signals that my be defective...
