Sounds like you blew up your engine I think if I was you I would start looking for a different engine!!!!!!

Wow I just had to see the answers in this. Usually another engine for that long. Was there no oil light or low gauge? That's my first question. How does it run now, drive? There are oil additives you can buy to make it less noisy. It really depends on how far each trip was how fast you drove and air temperature and more BUT if it is really loud than your just driving it until it stops. Don't pay anyone to work on it. A new or different engine is best.
