My driver side lifters and rockers not
getting any oil just one side anyone kno the
problem

There is a flow restriction somewhere maybe the oil galleys are plugged, check the valve cover gasket on the side not getting oil. Also, I have seen this problem caused by broken rocker arms. Have you removed the valve cover on the side not getting oil to see what is actually happening, this would be the first thing to do.
