2003 grand marquis no crank no start, battery, starter, ignition switch, all good, dash light security light blinks fast when I try to start it.

Check your collision kill switch.most cars with fuel injct have a switch to shut down fuel pump because of fire potential Check your owners manual fpr procedure also in trunk sometimes there is a sticker saying so .if tjis is prob your fuel press at test port will be 0 .

Try starting it in neutral. The neutral safety switch may be bad.
