Maybe...measure from the center of #1 hole to #3 hole on both the wheel and vehicle you want to put them on...if they are exact the wheel will physically bolt on however the size of the wheel and tire is another story, go to tiresize.com to compare them or google search for "2003 grand marquis alternate tire sizes" if they fit but are not recommended don't do it...it's a safety thing not only for you but those little kids in the other car
