where is the output shaft speed sensor located for replacement

looks like this and is located on the side of the tranny (Divers Side)

It's before the tail shaft end of transmission, (Drivers Side) looking up past the bottom and side of the transmission area where other Input sensor is located... you will see it barely visible with thin wires leading to it. It's up there, just keep your eyes peeled closely.
