rear defrosters not working, fuse intact, window strips intact. What's up?

Put a meter across the electrical connections on the back window. It should read 12 volts. If there is no voltage it could be the relay since you checked fuses.

Also could be a bsad wire connecting the two ends. the back defrosters tend to do this if sit to long with no use or get any sorta water deposits built up on them.
