After you open the door does it go off?

If you have an aftermarket sound system with a large amplifier this can happen. In that case take it to a car audio shop and have them install a Capacitor.

if not aftermarket equipment it may have something to do with the ignition 94 did the same thing an it was just a simple replacement of the ignition unit. Granted a new set of keys an code for the door is a pain but well worth the money to combat this routine issue with all big mercs
