Parking cable hanging(emergency brake) what's fix?

cable hanging from front to back under my car still looking
for answers to fix this?

It's your emergency brake cable. Check to see if the clips are there if not you can easily zip tie it up so it doesn't hang on anything while you drive.

^^ indeed it is the emergency brake cable. It's a sheathed cable, it may have come out of one of it's clips that run along the frame. They rust out like crazy underneath the vehicle.
