Fuses box
I own a 1998 grand marquis
I have changed all the fuses
and still my power
locks,cigarette lighter,ac the
inside and my headlights
still won't come on I know
it's not the ignition switch.
Could someone ease help
me out

Check under the hood, The Neg cable / ground is it loose? or corroded? make sure all connections are tight. somewhere you have a bad ground wire connection.
Check the connection at the under-hood fuse box located near the battery.
