Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a grand marquis 1998 with about 169,000
miles. It uses to shake bad when it changes gears
before I replaced my oil gasket that had my
number 4 spark plug covered in oil. After I got my
oil gasket put on, the shaking had stopped. Car
running good for about a week or two with no
shaking. Now out the blue it shakes from time to
time when it's going in 2nd or 3rd gear. My car runs
great it just have that bad shake when changing
gears. What may stop my car from shaking when
changing gears?
