Overheating

My 98 grand marquis keeps overheating and I have
changed the water pump,  manifold thermostat.  
What could be the issue

If the car has the original radiator, you may have a partially clogged radiator. Last year, my 1995 Road Master needed a radiator and heater core due to 20+ years of rust and dirt.
