Question type: Shopping & Pricing

My grand marquis alarm kept going off, so my mechanic disabled the alarm so that I could drive it.  He had to remove the Drivers Door Module from drivers door; said the alarm module did not work) told me to look on the internet to find one (even the junk yard did not have one for my year) , however, cannot find it on the internet.  Should I just take to the dealer to order?

Buy new parts on-line at 'RockAuto', 'Ford Parts Giant', etc. cheaper than dealer. I owned a Merc Mountaineer and had no problem getting parts.
