Stuck

Asked by AndreSr427 Jul 02, 2019 at 12:58 AM about the 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis 4 Dr GS Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 Marquis, the alternator stock
was a 2wire then they gave me one that was
too big and a 3wire. So they corrected the
mistake but it's still a 3 wire have the
constant 12v hooked up. The other 2 have a
.2 or 3 current when key turned, do I connect
them together

No...put a separate butt connector on each, they are not used...
