My 1997 mercury grand marquis 4.6litre will not start

I put a air conditioner
bypass pulley and a new
serpentine belt now the
engine turns over fine but
will not start.

I'm sure you checked to see if you knocked any wiring off, right? Is the battery fully charged? Ford product fuel injectors require about 11 volts to fire if your battery is bad or low the starter will crank the engine alright but the voltage to the injectors will be low causing a no start. You can find out by jumping it or charging the battery.

I'm going to go back and check all the connections again To make sure I didn't miss anything.

I checked everything and their is still no start, there has to be something that I have not tho
