How do I remove the governor?

My 97 Grand Marquis LS will not go over 108
MPH..(I don't like being controlled by a computer,)
Is it call a (Governor)?  How do I remove it? It's not
that I drive around at speeds of a 100 MPH plus,,
But if I wanna go fast, My car should listen to my
foot! Thank you

Plug in your Forscan or IDS VCM bidirectional tool and Disable the speed limiter... Easy computer stuff.
