Where is the computer and how much should it
cost to replace.. thanks

The brain is on all those I have seen under the passenger side kick panel below the glove box to the right if you in the seat looking forward or under the carpet in that same area up near bottom of dash. I will let someone else chime in on price but you can go to a junk yard and get one under $50.
