1995 Grand Marquis has a crazy sounding horn. Why is this?

My Grand Marquis has a horn that has an obnoxious  sounding horn.
Is that original from Ford?

Yea, you get some god awful sounding horns sometimes, you can replace the horns and with a little research you can get a sound that you like.

Thanks for your answers. I tried to find a way to get to horns but could not get the plastic guard holders out. Any thoughts?

SOME FACTORY HORNS YOU CAN ADJUST/CHANGE THERE SOUND...YOU CAN EVEN HAMMER ON IT .A LITTLE IT TO ALTER THERE SOUND...THEY ARE A MATCHED PAIR...YOU CAN ALSO JUST REPLACE ONE OR BOTH WITH A DIFFERENT TYPE SOUND FRQ....WHY AND HOW OFTEN IS THE HORE USED THAT ITS BOTHERING YOU?
