I can drive my car a hour or to getting out going
store to store and it starts acting up when I
continuously drive it it start suffering and don't
wanna smoothed out but is fine when its cold

HAS THE RADIATOR/COOLING SYSTEM BEEN SERVICE?? HAVE THE CODES CHECKED/READ...ITS FREE @ PEPBOYS/AUTOZONE
