When it rains the driver side back floor gets wet

Check for plugged up door and sun roof drains. Also check the weather stripping. If the windshields leak you should have them pulled and re-sealed.

All drain plugs drain well, nice flow. The weather striping is not cracked, weathered or has holes in it.

It is coming from something like that so keep looking. Also check the trunk lid gutter drain.

Yes I cleaned the truck channel sprayed water , check under back seat no water. Can it be coming from between the doors, if so how can water get in there?
