Test head light socket connector plugs with a test light for power may just be both bulbs are burnt out. I have seen it happen so many times one light will burn out and you will drive around not knowing you just have one head light then when the other one goes out you think both went out the same time.

Just have numbers for a diagram do not have the name which the location of the fuse
