Is the ABS unit the only part that would keep the odometer, speedometer, and menu from working?

Thanks. It's strange how everything works when the car is cold but after it warms up the speedometer, odometer, cruise control, menu stop working. Also sometimes I'll be driving and they start working then stop after I shut the car off and restart.
