What can I do to my 4.6 to make it faster?

There are lots of hot rod goodies for the 4.6. Look for Mustang HiPo parts. A supercharger would be my choice but on an old engine like that it is probably just throwing money away.

Turn it into a tractor. Too Heavy.. pish posh... the engines are good for 300 400 thousand miles on the junk yards are full of them you can get them cheap do what you want but I think put a kenne Bell supercharger on it get rid of the governor this picture this is not my car
