2001 Lincoln Town Car blower motor goes to high speed unexpectedly

2001 Lincoln Town Car blower motor intermittently goes to high speed without
any control. I can turn it off, but if I wait, it will go back to normal then back
again to high speed without any control on my part. Is there an easy fix?

The control module locate under the hood at the rear of the engine, it's mounted on the fire needs to be replaced.
