Braking issues.

Have a 1997 Lincoln town car. When it rains the brakes lock up and car slides
dangerously. The problem goes away when pavement dries. What can causes
this?

Bald tires? Overinflated tires? The ABS should prevent something that severe. Be careful. Maybe have it checked out by a repair shop.
