i put a new fuel filter and a new fuel pump and a new reley on my car yesterday it worked fine today its not getting fuel wont start what could cause that

Hi I have a 1999 Lincoln Town car all my lights work but I don't have no tail lights can you help me out pleade

    It acts like it is not getting any gas it will start on starting fluid but die right away already replace fuel pump fuel filter and fuel regulator what else could be causing it not to start
