drivers side window went down but won't go up

The drivers  side window  was  up and my gf   lowered it u can hear  motor  working  but  window  won't  go back up

you'll have to pull the panel if you don't see an obvious problem then break out your trusty multi meter and see what has power and ground and what don't . could be the switch could be the motor
