are you using the valet key perhaps? The valet keys are often coded to do just that so people cant take the car for "Joyrides". Another possibility is that bad battery may have caused it to lose the key code in its computer, Look up "How to reset the key code on a (year make model)" on the internet, someone somewhere has posted a how to video on it.

Check fuel pump pressure engine idling 30-40psi. Also a battery change does NOT effect chipped keys in anyway.

I do have an valet key and i switched the new ignition tumbler out for an new one. Im not understanding how the key is affecting the car from not running after it starts up just fine.
