1991 Lincoln town car will not start at times...no battery, lights, nothing. When it clears on its own, all computer values are zeroed as if the battery were disconnected & replaced.

I would guess maybe a ground problem. check the end of the ground where it hooks to vehicle.

Your suggestion made me rethink what I had done when I replaced the battery & I realized I had not cleaned the cable terminals before hooking up the new battery. I cleaned the cable terminals & hooked the battery back up and it has not failed since then...thanks for your input!
