How often should I change the spark plugs on a
1990 licoln town car

Probably every 30k or so. It will depend on what type of plugs you use and how clean the engine burns. Double platinum plugs can go 100k.

Platinum plugs are good for 100,000 miles and that is probably what is in your Lincoln.
