You could have a wiring issue or a faulty sensor. Is your Check Engine light on? If so, take it in and have it scanned for trouble-codes.

thanx alot. Today i drove it and i shut it off an then waited an started it back u then the temp gage was alittle up but no oil gage. I brought it in and the scanner gave me two code 1.misfire piston 1 i fixed that and 2. faulty idle so then i check the temp and the engine was running at 167f an oil was at 88f so i was thinking that it could but the thermostat? but i still dont know about the oil temp???????
