2005 grand cherokee will not start

stop the vehicle and came back 15 minutes later all lights come on but won't
start and relay is ok

does it just click? even if not, maybe start by tapping starter with would or brass or soft hammer (dont crack it) see if that jars it loose. if that doesnt work check the connections or take it out to a auto store and have it tested. thats wher i would start
