My 05 jeep grand Cherokee. Front end shakes
when i get up to speed and it vibrate when driving it
comes and goes

Wobble of Death is ALWAYS the case of worn out front end parts, be they bushings, shocks, springs, tires, or tie rods. Other issues that will exaggerate the Wobble of Death oversized tires.. anything over OME size.. plus one worn bushing=Wobble of Death. In extreme cases it could be the steering box, but more than likely Unbalanced Oversized Tire, and/or worn out bushings.
