Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited and my
remote stop working to unlock doors and my passenger
side windows doesn’t work either.I can’t get into the hatch
cause the only way to unlock it is with the remote..
I checked all the wiring in both doors and boots and can’t
find any broken...Any ideas??????Thank You

Try both remotes. Test and replace remote battery if needed. Unlock your Jeep driver's door with the key. On the driver's door flip up on the door unlock button. Now you can pull handle and lift hatch. Passenger side window would be a separate issue of a burned out window (regulator) motor.

I already tried replacing the batteries, but this problem all started whenever it would rain the windows on the passenger side both front and rear would give me problems when it rained and then when something must of dried up and everything would work fine until after a while and another storm they just stopped working and same with the remote it would only give me problems when raining, but it all stopped working at same time.I don’t want to take it to the dealer but I’m stuck .... ty and I appreciate the help

The unlock button doesn’t work at all either after manually unlocking my door....

I would stay away from the dealer and take it to a place that specializes in car electronics. Sorry I couldn't help on this one. Electronic Gremlins are a pain.
