Replaced cylinder head

I have had a ticking noise in my Jeep my
head gasket blew on the exhaust and I
replaced it with a new head. Now the ticking
comes and goes? What can it be?

I got a heavy duty cylinder head and it’s hydraulic. With new lifters. All I had to do was transfer over the push rods and rocker arms.
