I bought my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 new in July and currently has 5,500 miles. Twice now, the first time a couple months ago, upon starting, I wasn't able to shift out of park. My screen tells me to shift out of park and the check-engine light is now on. Eventually after restarting a couple times I got it to work both times. Thoughts? Should I bring it in? 6 Answers
